Due to the current situation, the masjid I go to does a live feed of the tharawi prayers. Is it possible for me to follow them and pray at my house?

Answer:

In the Name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

As-salāmu ‘alaykum wa-rahmatullāhi wa-barakātuh.

It is a requirement for the validity of congregational Salah that the location of the Imam and followers must be the same. [1][2]

Hence, it is not permissible for you to follow the Imam while you are at your house as explained in the query.
